Production and Shipping Times
We print each item to order, please refer to the below estimates for approximate fulfillment time:
Production takes 1-7 days (Average: 2 days)
U.S. Standard Shipping 2-5 days (Average: 3 days)
U.S. Express Shipping 1-3 days (Average: 2 days)
International Shipping 15-30 days
Return Policy
If there is an issue with your order (misprinted/damaged/defective items), you must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If your item(s) were lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims should be submitted with clear photographs displaying the issues the recipient describes.
Orders containing fault from our behalf will be covered at our expense.

Order Changes & Cancellations
As orders are sent to our printing partner immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept order changes or cancellations after the purchase is completed.
Orders Lost in Transit
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, you must contact us within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Orders may be considered lost after spending over 10 full business days in transit (35 days for international orders).
If we are able to deem your order lost in transit we will replace your order free of charge.

Incorrect Address
If buyer has provided an incorrect or insufficient address on your order (determined by the courier), the package may be returned to our facility. The purchaser is responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address has been provided and the package is returned. Once the package is returned to our facility there will be a 7 day window in which the purchaser must order reshipment for their order.
Large orders and international orders are not exempt from these conditions. Full refunds for orders without a correct address will not be given (purchaser may quality for a partial refund). Moonlit Reverie Co is not responsible for checking address validity for any order.
